Overview
The following Terms and Conditions ("T&C," "Terms," or "Agreement") govern your use of the VistraHost website and all services, features, and content provided by VistraHost Cloud Technologies ("VistraHost," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C. The most recent version of these T&C is always available on the VistraHost website. Please review these T&C carefully before purchasing any service(s) from VistraHost.
1. Customer Agreement
By using the services provided by VistraHost Cloud Technologies, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Customer Agreement. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the VistraHost website and the services offered therein. It is important that you carefully read and understand this Agreement before purchasing any services from VistraHost.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Offering Free Hosting services (for Reseller Users).
- Registering Similar Domain Names to established companies (e.g., Aditya Birla Finance, Bajaj Finance).
- Hosting Spam/Threat Websites, Phishing Websites, or Fraudulent Clone Websites (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm).
- Engaging in Email Marketing without consent (bulk emails, spamming).
- Using IRC Scripts/Bots, Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers, or hosting Pirated Software/Warez.
- Hosting Image Hosting Scripts (like Photobucket or Tinypic).
- Maintaining large collections of MP3 files or DVD/CD ISO Images.
- Operating Lottery Sites or Adult Websites.
3. Abuse of Resources
Any attempts to compromise, abuse, or harm network resources are strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
- Hosting malicious software, hacking tools, or exploits.
- Using excessive server resources that affect other clients.
4. Unsolicited Email/Bulk Mail (SPAM)
Sending unsolicited emails (SPAM) via VistraHost servers is prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
5. Backup Policy
We perform weekly backups for shared hosting accounts. For VPS and dedicated servers, customers are responsible for their own backups.
6. Domain Registration Policy
Domains are non-refundable after registration. Registering domains similar to existing brands is strictly prohibited.
We send renewal reminders to our customers one month before the expiry date of their domains. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely renewal of their domains. Vistrahost Technologies is not liable for any failure or delay in domain renewal. Once a domain is renewed, no refunds will be given.
7. Refund Policy
We don't offer refund, if any technical problam arrises notify us as soon as possible if you want then you can claim refund within 7 days. Dedicated servers and domain registrations are non-refundable.
8. Cancellation Policy
To cancel services, submit a request through your client area. All data will be deleted after cancellation, and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. It is your responsibility to back up all your data before initiating the cancellation request.
9. Late Payment Policy
Invoices must be paid on time. A late fee of 10% applies to invoices unpaid 10 days after the due date.
10. Uptime Guarantee
We aim for 99.95% uptime but cannot guarantee it due to maintenance and external factors beyond our control.
11. Changes to Terms
VistraHost reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
